Approach:
I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, working together with you to identify and address patterns driving your life and relationships. I use a humanistic, non-judgmental approach to meet you wherever you are on your journey.
“Somewhere deep inside each of us is the child who was innocent and free and who knew that the gift of life was the gift of joy”
Who I help:
I work with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults who are ready to break out of old, unsatisfying patterns of negative self-belief, failed relationships, and meaninglessness. Before starting therapy, my clients often report experiencing symptoms like: anxiety, depression, loneliness, hopelessness, grief, or anger. My experiences working with teens and leading men's groups have been particularly influential in my development as a therapist.
What my clients say about working with me:
After time spent working together, my clients commonly report feeling more balanced, grounded, and present in day-to-day life, as well as better able to regulate their emotions. Strengthened relationships and more direction in life are also frequent themes.
