Approach:
I use a variety of evidence-based modalities in order to support the specific needs of each individual. These modalities include: CBT, DBT, CPP, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and aspects of psychoanalysis. Additionally, my work is grounded in principles of cultural humility and trauma-informed care.
Who I help:
I help teens 15+ and adults create healthy relationships to foster their individual mental health. I also have a passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking support for a variety of issues across family and other community systems impacting their lives.
